On April 30, 2004, County Super Spuds purchases potato processing plant, Penobscot Frozen Foods of Belfast, Maine. This new venture is known as Penobscot McCrum, LLC.

Jay McCrum spearheads this operation, which serves restaurants and customers around the world.
